The starting
information.

  • DWG drawings
  • Customer comments
  • Revision rules

Authorised sources, connected to your operating instructions.

The output

Updated drawings and change log

  • Comments and changes for approval
  • Agreed drawing revisions
  • Change log and checks

Prepared according to your rules and review process.

The work today

Comments arrive in emails or marked-up PDFs and engineers must transfer them to drawings. Updating identifiers, text, title blocks and revisions across many sheets takes time and repetitive checks.

What we automate

We start with a real sample to establish which changes are repeatable. AI interprets comments and prepares a change list; we configure execution in AutoCAD through scripts, APIs or computer control where supported. The workflow works on copies, records changes and separates ambiguous requests from actionable ones.

What you gain

Drawings updated within the agreed scope and a change log to compare with customer requests before technical release.

Your control

The designer approves changes and checks connections, components and schematic consistency. AutoCAD version, file formats and workstation access must be checked: the automation is configured for that environment, not guaranteed by a ChatGPT subscription alone.

Where it makes a difference

Project management, production and engineering teams coordinating tasks, documents and deliveries.
